Handling Time: All orders are carefully verified, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 3 to 6 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of our carrier partners.

Total Estimated Delivery Time: Including handling and transit, your total delivery window is between 4 to 8 business days from the date of order placement.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays due to weather, postal service interruptions, or high seasonal demand may occur. If any such delay arises, we immediately notify customers and provide continuous tracking updates until delivery is complete.

2. Shipping Charges

Clyvra maintains transparent and fair pricing for all shipments. A flat-rate shipping cost of $12 is applied to every order, regardless of quantity or destination within the United States. This fee covers packaging materials, carrier handling, and delivery logistics. We do not charge any sales tax or additional hidden fees beyond this flat rate.

3. Shipping Locations and Delivery Partners

Currently, we ship orders exclusively within the United States. Deliveries are made to valid residential, business, and P.O. Box addresses accepted by our logistics providers. We partner only with trusted and reliable carriers who maintain strict delivery and handling standards to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

4. Tracking and Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time. Tracking updates typically appear within 24 hours after the order leaves our warehouse.

Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to entry errors are not eligible for free replacements or refunds.
